Goal

Produce a writer-ready brief for one search-focused page that answers the target audience’s real question and supports a relevant business outcome.

Success Criteria

  • The brief identifies one primary query, search intent, audience, and page purpose.
  • The outline covers necessary questions without copying competitors.
  • Claims, examples, and proof requirements are explicit.
  • The recommended call to action follows naturally from the reader’s stage.

Inputs

  • Primary and related queries
  • Audience, problem, and buyer stage
  • Search-result or competitor evidence
  • Product relevance and desired action
  • Customer questions, objections, and language
  • Internal pages, original data, experts, and examples available

Constraints

  • Do not infer search volume, difficulty, or competitor performance when data is absent.
  • Do not create headings merely to repeat keyword variants.
  • Separate facts to research from claims already supported.
  • Prioritize usefulness and differentiation over word count.

Instructions

  1. Define the primary query, likely intent, reader state, and job the page must complete.
  2. Summarize what existing results cover, where they fall short, and what this page can add.
  3. Formulate a clear angle and promise grounded in available expertise or evidence.
  4. Build an ordered outline that answers the main question and necessary follow-ups.
  5. Specify examples, sources, proof, visuals, and internal links for each material section.
  6. Define title options, description direction, call to action, and editorial checks.

Output

  • Brief summary
  • Search intent and audience
  • Differentiated angle
  • Detailed outline with evidence requirements
  • Internal-link and call-to-action plan
  • Title options and editorial checklist

Quality Check

Confirm that a writer can distinguish supported facts from research needs, every section serves the intent, and the brief adds something useful beyond the current results.

Stop Rules

Ask for the target query when no topic can be narrowed to one search job. Do not fabricate keyword data, citations, or subject-matter expertise.
